Start a construction robot purchase with a clear task and a short project brief. Confirm application fit before discussing configuration, then use a written checklist for the quotation, demonstration and handover.

Choose equipment by the construction task and the conditions of the actual project.

1. Start with the task, not the machine

This shortlist identifies the documented task of each system. It is a starting point for technical review, not confirmation that every site, material or finish is compatible.

2. Prepare a project brief

For layout marking, include the drawings and positioning workflow. The L3O00 documentation describes imported drawings and a total-station connection for calibration; confirm the auxiliary equipment required.

  • Country and site location, project type, target schedule and planned work area.
  • Drawings and site photos showing access, room geometry, obstacles and typical work zones.
  • Tile, paint, putty or mortar details, substrate condition and the required finished result.
  • Available power, charging arrangements, material storage and routes for moving equipment.
  • Your team’s current workflow and the specific problem you want the equipment to address.

3. Ask for an itemized offer

Delivery dates, certification documents, warranty and service arrangements must be confirmed for the selected equipment and destination. They should not be inferred from a general product description.

  • Confirm the exact equipment, tools, accessories and any separately supplied items.
  • Request delivery terms, destination requirements and responsibilities for import and local compliance.
  • Confirm commissioning, operator training and documentation, including the languages available.
  • Ask for written warranty terms, maintenance requirements, spare-part arrangements and the proposed service scope.

4. Agree how to evaluate and hand over

Define the material, work area, operating conditions and acceptance criteria for a demonstration. Record setup and supporting work as well as the machine’s main task. Agree what will be checked at delivery and who will operate and maintain the system.

After reviewing the results, confirm the final configuration and responsibilities in writing. Keep drawings, material details and the agreed scope together so the purchase is based on the project you actually intend to run.
